Hello everyone! We have decided to host a screening of the short film Covid Support Group that will serve as a fundraising event to help off-set the costs of film festival fees.
About the Film
A young woman's search for solace leads her to attend a community group therapy session, but the meeting does not go as expected.
The Event
The event will feature a Q&A discussion after the film's screening. There will also be a raffle, prizes will be announced at the screening. You can purchase raffle tickets at the door. Ticket prices include a lunch/snack box.
About the Director
Abigail Bogle is a writer and director who endeavors to create stories that provoke emotional responses from the audience. Her passion for storytelling began at the young age of 8, when she began writing poetry and later performing it for her local community at just 12 years old.
She studied television and film at Syracuse University and for the past few years has been working as a freelance videographer and photographer. She has also been working with the non-profit organization Bold Mynds, to help teach filmmaking to the next generation of young filmmakers.
