Join us in Cummings Hall to hear from 12 speakers to hear about their experiences "Connecting the Dots." Music and food will be included! We are TEDxConnecticutCollege, a student-run club on the Connecticut College campus that specializes in putting on an annual conference. Our events present multiple issues and diverse voices from many disciplines. We hope to spark conversation, connection, and community during this event. This year we have a variety of 12 speakers from students, faculty, and outside members. Some of the topics we are covering are: using social media as a mentoring platform to grow, ways to grow from childhood trauma, using your identity to find your freedom, neurodiversity, intersectionality in the healthcare system, keeping up with wellness, and more. The pandemic has restricted our opportunity to connect with the community outside of our walls but with the college opening its doors again, we want to invite the New London community to enjoy this experience with us. This year TEDxConnecticutCollege is presenting "Connecting the Dots" on April 9th, 2022 in Cummings Arts Center from 11 am to 4 pm, with our doors opening at 10:30 am
