Venezuelan Arepas Class
In the first half hour there will be an introduction to the history and culture of the Arepa as a fundamental part of venezuelan gastronomy, later we begin with the preparation of the different doughs.
Traditional Arepa, “Arepita Dulce” (Sweet Arepa), “Arepa de chicharron” (With Pork Rings and some others). We will make our different fillings such as the popular “Reina Pepiada”, which is a shredded chicken filling with avocado among other ingredients and you will be surprised by the story behind the name.
We will taste three types of arepas with different fillings and you will not leave my house without being an expert in rich and round arepas.
For a long time I had the intention to express my sincere gratitude for that food that has been present throughout my life and that has been fundamental in the diet of Venezuelans, and now I share it with you, without distinction. I mean the Arepa
