GENEVA, IL — Coronavirus cases in Geneva spiked April 26, when 29 people were confirmed to have the coronavirus, but officials have reported just 10 cases since, according to public health data. Eighty-two Geneva residents have tested positive for the coronavirus, and 22 have died from related conditions, as of Friday, the data shows.
