COME SWEAT & SHAKE W/ ME @ HEARTCORE TO FUNDRAISE FOR OUR NEW HOME! HELLO HEARTCORE FAMILIA! I'm Sofia Varela, Heartcore Senior Instructor and soon to be new studio owner! As most of us know, sadly our San Mateo location will be closing in 3 weeks. While we have the space still available, I plan to host several classes in an effort to raise funds for a new studio I plan to open in the area! After 7 years of teaching at Heartcore, I'm ecstatic to be taking on a new venture and could not do it without you! This will be my first time owning a business, and I can't imagine it being anything other than a Megaformer studio where we can keep growing our community. It is a dream of mine to make this a reality for us all! Your support means the world to me so let's share the best workout ever with our friends and family! If this is your first Megaformer class, do not worry, the class is tailored to all levels! It is 40 minutes, low-impact, high intensity and full body! Modifications are always offered. Please arrive 10 min early if it is your first class! Grip socks are REQUIRED and are sold at the studio for $12. MASKS ARE OPTIONAL. (Must show proof of vaccination before taking class.) Water station is provided but bring your own towels if you'd like! See you on the Megaformer!
