Join San Diego's Vibeflow Yoga at Fabletics San Diego Join us Sunday, March 13th at 9am for our much anticipated guests, Vibeflow Yoga!! VibeFlow Yoga is an innovative and unique Yoga studio located in San Diego. Classes held in the studio incorporate whole body vibration and audio immersion. There are many benefits associated with practicing on vibration plates including but not limited to reducing joint and back pain, decreasing stress, improving focus, and providing for better sleep. For our in-store class, VibeFlow will be bringing their headphones so that you can experience the audio immersion aspect of their classes. The vibe plates are built into their studio floor so they won’t be part of the class but you can always book a class there to try them out! Anna-May from VibeFlow will be guiding you through a 60 minute all-levels Vinyasa Flow. Bring a yoga mat, water and towel and be prepared to escape for an hour. Her voice and music will be flowing through the VibeFlow headphones eliminating all distraction. You will clearly hear her voice and be immersed in her music.
