Bring a Friend Friday, to F45 Training WSNC! Get the best High Intensity Interval Workout (HIIT) in town on Fridays for FREE! Experience our 45 minute cardio sessions at either 5:30, 6:30, 8:30 AM or 5:30 PM. All of our Coaches are professionally certified and offer one on one coaching in a group training environment. Come join the fun and get your FRIDAY SWEAT ON! Please make sure to cancel your booking if you aren't able to make it as these spots are limited. Come 15 minutes early to sign waivers, if it's your first time visiting us!
