Hi! We would like to complete a small home remodeling project and would love the assistance of a professional! What needs to be done; - Connect 2 bedroom into 1 large bedroom by taking out the middle drywall - Placing another door to the hallway bathroom, so it can be accessed from the bedroom also - install wood floor & carpet within the 2 bedroom - install a sliding patio door where we currently have small bedroom windows - Build walls around outside patio to convert patio area to a living area - Install Sliding patio door in the kitchen area, so we can quickly access the newly built living area outside - Install carpet to the new newly built living area outside Please utilize the pics attached as a reference to the points mentioned here. The hourly pay is fixed (please skip this opportunity if the hourly rate doesn't work for you). Please REPLY with a Bid on the total number of hours you need to complete this project.
