Description
Hi guys,
My Fiance has been diagnosed with the dysfunction Ostosclerosis/Eustachian tube dysfunction which is making it difficult for her to hear very well when people are speaking to her in a gentle voice.
She is thinking of getting a surgery done so the doctor can identify if they can fix the issue. But she is scared of complications/risks from the surgery which include loss of taste, facial nerves injury, and continuous dizziness.
Have you or do you know anyone who has had this dysfunction? Did they get the surgery?
She is crying and scared of the situation she got placed in. I would very much appreciate if you can share your experience with us so we can decide what to do going forward
