seeking exceptional home for sweet, high-energy pup

This handsome “dobski” (doberman husky mix) was about 10 months old when my husband rescued him last summer from life on a chain in a dusty california backyard. He is extremely affectionate and intelligent. He learns commands quickly, is great around children and other dogs, well crate-trained, and vigilant in the yard about sketchy strangers. He’s a bit smaller than he looks in the photos. We adore him. I now have a four month old baby and my husband unexpectedly had to deploy abroad. He’s not used to being without a playmate of some form, no longer going on hikes and walks etc. He has a new habit of barking at me to engage with him while I’m carrying a sleeping baby, making it nearly impossible for me to get anything done. He gets lots of comments on his striking appearance and friendly nature. But I’m looking for more than a loving, safe home. I need to know he’s going to someone who has time, energy, patience and intelligence to give him a fulfilling and healthy life. Also either a big yard or a love for the outdoors (and time to enjoy it with him). He is half husky with some classic husky personality, and technically still a puppy. He will leap at the chance to bolt out of an open gate, fixated on making the rounds smelling bushes & fire hydrants at lightning speed while ignoring recall commands for a few minutes before coming right back as if he didn’t do anything wrong. He chased a cat out of our yard, but the previous owners said he just wants them to play tag with him. We never got to confirm that he is safe around cats. He is neutered and is up to date on all his shots. Please tell me about your home, lifestyle and experience with dogs. The standard rehoming fee applies, and please understand that I would like to get a pretty substantial glimpse via photos and pics into the environment he would be living in. I have A very specific kind of person/family in mind so please be understanding.
