Calling all conscious families! Join the Be Here Now Experience, a full day with mindfulness activities in an outdoor magical venue. THE MOVEMENT KIDS👦🏼 👦🏽👧🏾 👧🏻👧🏼🧑🏻‍🦰👱🏻‍♀️👦🏼 👦🏽👧🏾 👧🏻👧🏼🧑🏻‍🦰👱🏻‍♀️👦🏼 👦🏽👧🏾 👧🏻👧🏼A full day dedicated to the little ones with kid-friendly mindfulness programming. All of our kids will enjoy a safe fun interactive day learning how to connect with different aspects of their being. We incorporate mindfulness through yoga, meditation, games, dance, craft activities, martial arts and music. Kids will have a blast, while learning valuable life skills from top mindfulness and wellness practitioners at the Heart Stage. 🤸🏾‍♀️Kids and parents will start with a Family Yoga class with Rikki K. founder of Inhale Miami and founding member of non-profit Yoga Kidz Inc 🧘‍♀️They will dive into the mysteries of meditation guided by Sitara, founder of Meditation for Happy Kids. She will teach them how to listen to their bodies and how to use different techniques in stressful situations.They will learn different techniques they will be able to take home and keep practicing in the family. 🥋Martial arts will be what boost their confidence and empower with e the unlimited possibilities they are shown with. Darren Buckner is a third degree blackbelt and has been gifted with the medal of city of MIami for the work he has done with kid in Florida for decades. He will be accompanied by Kwaku who is a state champion and a teacher for Taekwondo. 🎤Finding the Inner Voice and speaking it out loud singing and conscious rapping with Kevin Walton and his son Zen. Kevin is a well known actor, a spiritual guide and a great entertainer. He will connect and activate the kids to use the true voice and sharing his powerful message. 👯‍♀️Join Jenergy in a flow activating dance. Kids will learn different steps that they will put together for a final dance show. Jenergy has been working with the Peace Ninjas Organization, various festivals and private events. Kids will remain present and happy through this dance session. 🥁Everyone will come together at 4 PM to celebrate the magic of this day. Zoel, MTV hostess and writer of the song Unplug to Connect will guide the kids into the closure of this day. Eco-house: Hands on architecture by STIX-BRIX Be part of a true architectural model making. Kids will create an Eco-House learning about the future in architecture and discovering creativity of their own by building up this model. The Language of Music by LIVE! Music School By the hand of the best music school in Miami kids will learn there is a universal language that does not include words. They will play musical games, know their teaches and students and connect with different kinds of instruments, Hands on Food by Taste Buds Kitchen In this workshop kids will learn how different foods create different moods. They will learn how to make a yummy delicious healthy cake.
