Orlando Women's Self Defense Training Join us for the first of many trainings with the Orlando Women's Self Defense Training (OWSDT) The OWSDT was created by Nayo Ramirez after realizing the need for women to have a space in which they can become educated and confident on firearm training. I am a retired law enforcement officer and now dedicate my time to empowering women through physycal fitness and mental toughness. I have partnered with Lenny McCoullugh, who is retired military and law enforcement. He will be our firearms instructor who will teach you basic self defense tactics, the principles of firearm safety and practices as well as how to properly store and conceal your firarms. We are meeting up on Thursday,March 31st 4PM at Tenoroc Public Shooting Sports. It is an outdoor range located at 3755 Tenoric Mine Rd, Lakeland FL 33805. We will focus no tactical training and movement. IF you wish to bring your own firearm, please contact event coordinator at LLLFit @yahoo.com. If you do not own a firearm one will be provided for the training. Eye and ear protection will be provided by range or you can bring your own. Please wear closed toe shoes, long pants/jeans and avoid wearing low cut shirts, crew neck is preferred.
