GENEVA, IL — Employees and visitors at Kane County's main government building in Geneva must now wear masks and practice social distancing. The Kane County Board on Monday unanimously approved a new measure put forward by new Chairman Corinne Pierog that calls for enhanced safety measures at the county government center's Building A amid the coronavirus pandemic. The Kane County Board made several exceptions to the mask mandate for public safety workers and first responders, people under the age of 2, and anyone who has trouble breathing with a mask.
