Talented youth, “Melody” looking for young, versatile guitarist

Melody is a 15 year old singer/songwriter piano player out of Boulder with 2 albums out and plenty of live experience. She writes very accessible pop originals and know about 100 cover songs. Her dad is a pro-drummer and records and plays live with her. She has a lot of support and fans in the Boulder area. Rock n roll hall of famer, Richie Furay is one of her biggest fans! Right now she mostly plays by herself at gigs, singing and playing keyboards. Sometimes it’s just her and her dad. In the studio she uses her producer and pro studio musicians for her recorded stuff. We’re looking for someone hopefully under 25 who can play electric and acoustic guitar, both rhythm and leads. You can be in another band and do this on the side too, if what she’s doing sounds fun to you. She’s doing classic covers from every decade from the 50’s on up, as well as some current big artists such as Taylor Swift. Also some great original stuff. This would be a fun, laid back opportunity for a talented, experienced guitar player. In March of 2022, she performed on opening night at the Boulder International Film Festival. As the weather gets warmer, she’s looking to do some higher profile gigs and some fun outdoor shows! Please respond if you’d like get together for a planned 2-3 song jam.
