WILL COUNTY, IL — A lost dog or cat can be a pet owner's worst nightmare. Families often cover towns in 'lost pet' flyers and reach out on social media for help. For those who may be searching for a pet, or if you have seen a lost animal and are trying to report it, Patch has created a list of animals who were recently lost or found, including some found by Will County Animal Control, or listed on Lost Cats Illinois or Lost Dogs Illinois. Braidwood Jake, a male Jack Russell terrier, has been missing from Braidwood since Jan. 7. Frankfort Square Blade, a male tabby cat, has been missing from Frankfort Square since July 30, 2019. Lockport Baki, a male Yorkshire terrier, has been missing from Lockport since Jan. 6. Romeoville A female Yorkshire Terrier was found near Weber and Taylor roads in Romeoville Jan. 9. The organization does not have the ability to keep strays for long, and will give the dog over to an adoption facility.
