Need help framing workroom in basement

Looking to create a 12 x 12 space in basement. Need help framing the space out. No ceilings, just the walls. I have some vacation coming up in April and would like to schedule for second or last week of the month. If you can spare a day of your time working to buildout one side, I'm sure I can figure out the others. EDITED::: This is a legit request to volunteer your time and help me with framing.
