I would consider my self an intermediate runner. I have 3 Half Marathons under my belt so far. I usually run a 8/8:30 min/mil comfortably. If I am running a 5k only I am usually around 7:10 min/mil pace. Just looking to see if anyone is interested in going for a run over the next week and half. Can do mornings or evenings.
