Wow - you really have no understanding of economics or the oil industry. Crude to fuel price increases are delayed literally a week or two max. We don't have months of supply lying around waiting to refine whenever big oil decides to pull the trigger. Oil companies do not collude and set their prices. They operate within the global economy and will get beheaded if they tried to do anything like that. This fact just confirms that Trump had us energy independent on the global stage and allowed Americans to enjoy economic stability even during a pandemic. Enter Biden, exploration and production is cut and oil started to skyrocket. In addition, because of Bidens weakness, Putin decided to invade Ukraine causing a world run on oil forcing crude oil to 40 year highs. "So I don't know why you think "its personal"?" I don't think it's personal. Both democrats and Republicans are paying the same at the pump. I simply think Biden is an idiot, moron and pussy. Too bad you didn't put as much effort into providing an answer as you did in wasting oxygen with your school yard ad hominem attacks. BTW question stands. Why hasn't Biden opened up US production?
