Scope of Work: Remove 1482 sf Plaster Ceiling on 1st Floor, Ceiling Height is 14' Above Floor Remove 3847 sf Plaster Ceiling on 2nd Floor, Ceiling Height is 10' Above Floor All Debris to be Placed in Dumpster - Dumpster Located on Street Next to Building, 50 feet from Exit Door. Sweep Floor When Work is Complete Paid Wednesdays & Fridays for completed work via Cash App, Venmo, Zelle Lowest, Responsible Bidder will be given additional project details and site visit to allow them to finalize their Bid up or down.
