The following information is from the Frankfort Police Department. An arrest or charge is not an indication of guilt. Oct. 15 Joseph Papiese, 51, of Markham, was issued citations for DUI, unsafe equipment, improper lane use and leaving the scene of an accident at 8:30 p.m. at Lincoln Highway and Elsner Road. He has a court date on Nov. 10.Oct. 16 Luna Cesar Morales, 19, of Joliet, was issued citations for no valid driver's license, speeding, disobeyed stop sign, and fleeing/attempting to elude at 7:30 a.m. in the 23100 block of Jackson Branch. Cesar Morales has a court date on Nov. 5. Oct. 17 A vehicle was damaged in the 22100 block of Clary Sage Drive. A vehicle was damaged in a parking lot in the 20800 block of La Grange Road.Oct. 18 Daniel Bailey, 40, of New Lenox, was charged with criminal trespass to residence, leaving the scene of an accident, no insurance and resisting arrest at 3:55 p.m. in the 21400 block of Plank Trail Drive. He was taken to Will County Jail. Oct. 19 Construction equipment was damaged in the 21500 block of Wolf Road.Oct. 20 A vehicle was damaged in a business parking lot in the 9900 block of Lincoln Highway.
