CDL-A Truck/trailer rental for testing and practice

I have my permit but need access to a truck/trailer for the CDL-A road test. Prefer manual but will accept auto if nothing else is available. I have a CDL-A driver available to go with me to Roanoke for the test. He recently drove for Schneider/CR England, now hauls cars, and does not have airbrakes or manual transmission truck. Would like access to a truck/trailer for an entire day for practice. Mature/experienced driver with experience driving/backing with 50-ft car hauler wedge.
