I have approximately 400 sq feet of crawl space this is about 3 feet in height that is just filthy from a previous owner. There is a mound of dog hair that somehow got down there (I think from a detached dryer vent line) that needs to be bagged up and taken away as well as spider webs. Your goal is to make it super nice down there. There are a couple other minor things to do down there.
The access to get into the crawlspace requires someone who is THIN. If you are a big guy like me (6'1", 200+ lbs) you won't make it down there so do not apply.
The job is for 8 hours. You will probably spend 4 hours in the crawlspace and another 4 hours taking out some old cabinets and discarding them outside.
