Looking for subcontractors for the following trades for multifamily and investment type construction projects. Please be sophisticated enough to provide written estimates and invoices. We currently have a backlog of about 11 months worth of remodeling projects. Subcontractors will be required to furnish all labor and materials to each job, and will be paid in full upon completion on a net 15 billing cycle.
