Seattle Construction and Development company is seeking a motivated, top experienced project manager. We are company with 25 years experience in the Puget Sound region acquiring and improving assets for our own portfolio. Core Experiences: * 10+ minimum years experience with projects as small as $25,000 to $5 million. * Experience in remodeling, renovation, fast flips and restoration work. * Degree in Construction Management or similar * Motivated and driven. Opportunity for ownership and to be successful in a company. Core Responsibilities: * Coordinate all jobs and activities * work daily with owner on projects, timelines, finishes and sub contractors * manage projects on site visits daily * owner's right hand manager for all construction activities. * ability to fast track a project; solve problems in the field, and meet deadlines Compensation: $100k to $200K base DOE. Hiring Bonus Per Job bonus available; Annual bonus; opportunity for % of ownership in business and projects.
