carpenter to build 4’W x 7.5’L boardwalk

Carpenter needed to extend my wooden boardwalk approximately 4’wide x 7.5’long. Looking to have it taper down so there isn’t a step. The boardwalk will go under gate. Planning to have the fence gate fixed as it’s slacking down. Property located in Old Carrollwood (Fletcher & Dale Mabry) I need to know how long this will take in order to determine when the job gets done. Must be reliable and have 2 references I can call. Pay at completion. I supply all material.
