FOOD TRUCK operator needed for the new FOGARTYVILLE Plaza outdoor performance plaza. This TURNKEY opportunity is available to an experienced chef with the ability to provide an attractive protein {chicken, seafood or red meat menu with a vegan alternative} for a captive audience of paid patrons who attend the ongoing lineup of live music, film screenings, art exhibits and other performances. The ideal food truck operator and Chef will need to supply their own Propane, food suppliues, disposable degradable food serving plates, utencils and the House provides the licensed food truck, water supply and a prime location with a licensed and certified food truck. Auditions begin this Thursday afternoon and evening at a live music performance by Yaya Diamond at the Fogartyville Community Media & Arts Center on Kumquat Court along the Boulevard of the Arts. Audition spots are limited to the first group of applicants who can submit an attractive Menu concept, Background Profile, and relevant food handlers, and short order cook credentials, and be available this Thursday, March 10th to demonstrate their chops before a live audience at an "OPEN HOUSE" where you can test your menu before a discerning audience of real foodies.
