I am a real estate investor and I specialize in buying distressed real estate and I’m always looking for deals. In your day-to-day activities, if you come across a vacant and/or distressed home or a seller who is motivated to sell his or her property, and you let me know about it, I’ll pay you a $500, if and when I buy the property. If you can personally put me in touch with the owner (3 party call or if you personally know the homeowner), I will pay $1000, if and when I close. You need to provide me the address and the name/ number of the property owner and I’ll do the rest. I'm looking for the following to complete the above task: Attorneys (probate/divorce/bankruptcy) Mailperson, Garbage person, Sales people, meter reader, title agencies, etc. If interested, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me by email.
