If you are interested in being apart of it, we are a crew fun and funny extremely hard working 20s and early 30s guys with high attention to detail and very inspired do the best work we can to provide Tri-Cities with the best fiber optic connections possible. So if you haven’t had a lot of big opportunities in life and dream to be working extremely hard on a team like minded guys that you can rely on and work together with, we are taking apps now We specialize specifically in Fiber Optic Splicing for now, we don’t place or lay any of the cables or do any of the major linemen work. We do some aerial work which most find a lot of fun. If you are looking for more labor intensive linemen work, this is NOT the team for it :) Once masterful in everything for fiber optic splicing, a splicer makes well over 100k a year, and we can also help and support you and show you exactly how to start, manage, and operate a successful Splicing Company of your own which could easily pull you in 400k the first year. No college education needed No fiber education needed ***if you have built your own gaming computer before and found the cable management part of it to be exciting and fun and you enjoyed putting extra effort into making it really nice THIS IS AN AWESOME OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU*** We are looking for strong motivated people that enjoy the feeling of doing great work, and really giving the end customer the best internet service possible. Also eagerness to learn quickly. if you have worked in fast pace environments with attentions to details such as a upscale line cook, or cocktail bartender, or even a upscale Resturant waiter, or anything with caring about the details, these work experiences may actually be very beneficial in naturally pick up the skills needed for this job very quickly - Must have a vehicle and the ability to drive - Must be able to lift 60lbs - Must be able to work all day with the team - positive/eager to learn attitude We are a team that is always looking for better ways to do things and more efficient ways to work.
