HELP please... salt water fish tank!

Hi, I own a home in mohave valley with a friend and he recently passed away. The friend has a salt water fish tank in the wall with live fish and I have been researching on how to maintain it. I cannot figure it out and just dont have the time to care for it. i have been looking for someone who knows how to care for the tank but have had no luck in finding anyone. i found one or two people who know how but they live in havasu and just cannot make it here to help me out. he has health issues and cannot help me. its been over a month and im fearing these fish are not going to make it unless i can find someone to help me or willing to take care of my tank. im willing to pay for someone to maintain it. it is in dire need of a water change immediately! all the equipment is in place and working but for how long? everything needed is here to maintain it. if anyone knows how and wants to maintain it for me and needs to make some money please contact me and maybe we can set up a time to meet and work out a schedule and a price to maintain it like twice a month. as long as it gets its water change/vacuum and tested it should be good to go. i have a 50 gal bucket of salinated water made ready to go and all testing equipment. can some one please help me so as i dont lose my fish? the tank belonged to my ex's father and she will totally come unglued if we lose it. it has sentimental value to her because it was her fathers and i will be doomed to a life of hell if i cant get it taken care of.
