Run for Cover is looking for a lead singer. We're primarily a rock band, but also include dance songs for crowd participation. Some of the bands we cover are The Black Crowes, Petty, Eagles, AC/DC, Zep, Kravitz, Big Head Todd and the Monsters, Zeppelin, Skynyrd, Mellencamp, Stones, The Who, Collective Soul, Orbison, Clapton, Santana and ZZ Top We have about 50 songs under our belt. If you have the chops and emotion to sing the above artists, why not give it a try. We practice weekly (Sunday afternoon) in Platte City. Most of us are retired military, and love playing music. We're committed to practicing and having the opportunity of playing in front of people who enjoy live music. No drama, drugs or discord.
