Tree Care Apprentice Join our team! We are seeking team members who enjoy being outdoors year-round, are client focused, and team players to join us in making trees happy! In this role, you will work with a crew to care for trees. We are willing to train and support you as you pursue our many certifications. Every team member receives training from day one. The first day involves safety training, introduction to arboriculture, an explanation of our development plan. Individuals that most enjoy our work include those who: • Love the opportunity to earn a 3 and sometimes 4 day weekend and still earn a full paycheck! • Want to work with their hands and enjoys physical work. • Love the outdoors year-round, no desk jobs here! • Enjoys working in a team setting. • Enjoys working with tools and equipment, include many labor saving loaders. • Wants to learn and grow while working. Requirements: • Must have a driver’s license with a good driving record which will be supported by our company insurance. • Must be physically able to perform the duties of the position, including lifting 50lbs and repetitive hand motions..
