Each Fall, Crossroads Hospice & Palliative Care honors US Military Veterans and all they have contributed and sacrificed for our country.   This Veterans Day at Anthology of Burlington Creek, Veterans will stand when they hear their service songs played.  Dog Tags will be presented to Army, Navy, Coast Guard and Marine Corp Veterans in a brief, socially-distant Ceremony. LaShanda Milner, by day a Crossroads Hospice & Palliative Care Bereavement Coordinator, will be there in person, singing America the Beautiful and Wind Beneath My Wing.  She is a popular voice at local churches. Robert Padley is one of the Veterans who resides at Anthology of Burlington Creek who will be recognized at the Veterans Day Ceremony.  He served in the Army's 720th Military Police Battalion and was promoted to Operations Sergeant in his company in 1967.
