Description

Australian Shepherd x and Dutch Shepherd $950 rehoming fee Born: January 29th, 2022 Brindle with some black mask; Medium, double-layered coat is predicted 4 male, 4 Female Located in Riverside County, Southern California Dam is Australian Mix. Sire is registered Dutch Shepherd--unplanned breeding. Both working dogs on our small dairy farm. Dutch Shepherd is not a common dog; we purchased our Dutch for herding, and protection. Due to his size, he is very capable of defending the herd from predators and wild/ferrel dogs that show up to the ranch. The dam weighs in a bit over 50 lbs, while the sired is near 80 lbs and still has some filling-out to go. The pups should grow into a herding-capable dog, and will be heavy enough to take on a coyote or two. Coyotes are our biggest problem and the reason whey we did not settle for either of the two most intelligent dogs (in our opinion): the Australian or Border Colie. Thanks for looking
