Ongoing odd jobs for the next few years

This is a listing for ongoing gigs for years to come. Because I work full time, I cannot provide my old mother help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Therefore, I'm looking for a well-rounded person, preferably living close to the area (Valley Circle & Ingomar) who can respond quickly to ongoing requests. These are usually straightforward requests such as turning on/off various things (e.g. water valve, circuit breaker, gas valve), changing light bulbs, moving boxes/bags/furnitures from one room to another, rebooting router, replugging in loose ethernet cables, jiggling modem cables, installing/uninstalling/clicking/unclicking stuff on Chrome, re-screwing fallen cabinet knobs, lube door hinges, etc etc... You know, things that are normal to do for the rest of us, but are extremely difficult for a really old woman. You don't have to be an expert in anything, just a willingness to drive there and learn on the job. If you are IN THE AREA and is responsive, I would love to have you onboard as a family helper!
