Full-time – $19-$22 per hour (based on experience) Location – Troutman, NC Carolina Synthetic Turf is looking for a lead turf installer to report directly to the project manager. Our ideal candidate communicates well with their peers, supervisors and clients, instructs the crew through daily tasks, and has excellent problem solving skills. The lead installer will assist in hiring and training new turf installation team members. This position will require occasional travel with expenses paid. Synthetic turf installation requires being precise with great attention to detail, providing excellent customer service, following plans to the jobsite layout, and executing prep work prior to installation. Installers are required to complete jobs of high quality in an efficient manner. Installation includes but is not limited to playgrounds, putting greens, sports fields, and residential landscape applications. Qualifications: • Valid I.D. or driver’s license with clean driving record • Ability to drive one ton dump trucks with trailer • Ability to operate skid-steer and grade • Able to lift up to 75 pounds • Ability to speak/read/write in English • Punctual, courteous, reliable, and responsible Responsibilities: • Communicates well with supervisors, peers and customers, providing excellent customer service at all times • Assists with hiring and training of new install team members • Excellent problem solving skills • Completes jobs following high quality company standards in an efficient manner • Reads and follows jobsite plans/layouts, material lists and executes any prep work prior to installation • Precision and attention to detail • Works as a team and takes direction from upper management • Uses all tools, equipment, and machinery properly and in a safe manner • Maintains a clean and safe job site Compensation • Full-time – $19-$22 per hour (based on experience) • Guaranteed 40 hours paid after 90 trial period
