Professional and funky drummer needed

We just did a month long tour and our drummer exploded on the drive home. It totally sucks. That said we aren't stopping, we had 100 shows in 2021, and we are slated for 150+ this year. We play original music. This is a band, we'd prefer a bandmate over a straight up hired gun. That said we don't try to play for free so you can count on at least $1000 per month. Hopefully you are well versed in classic rock, funk, jazz and more. Basically drums and music should be a nearly all consuming force in your life. Hopefully you are a quick study too. We have gigs on the calendar that we would rather not miss, next one is thursday. We are essentially looking for a funky Ringo. We are still a growing band so our touring is not cushy, usually we crash at cool peoples places with air mattresses, if we have to we can sleep in the van and do the truck stop shower. We would rather keep money in our pockets over hotels in general. Please understand what 150-250 shows a year really means. This band owns us, we are building a business and we are 100% committed to it. Here are things we need from our drummer: The ability to sing/harmonize on every song. Not halfway sing, really sing. Drums play to a click track. All the time. Be dynamic and entertaining on stage Be positive, have a can do attitude, help with band work off stage. Be able to take direction. Solid parts etc. We wear costumes, it's better if you are into it! Please no regular hard drug use or heavy drinking. This is a job and we can't deal with that.
