Description
Have you noticed if we get a glut of oil, and it is selling like 50 cents a barrow or something, they NEVER lower the prices until we scream and scream, then maybe a max of ten cents a gallon, their rational being "We are selling oil we already purchased for much higher than what it cost now, when we sell that, we will decrease costs."? The cost never decreases.
Yet if the wind blows in the Atlantic or Pacific, an earthquake in Somalia, unrest in some obscure nation, oil prices skyrocket. IMMEDIATELY!! Where is the "selling we already purchased" then??? hmmm
