Green cheek conure. We do not know his gender, but call him Horace. He does talk some. If there is a lot of chaos nearby him or a lot of noise he will screech at it, but he is much quieter than many conures. I got him out of a less than desirable situation. He screamed all the time and was very finger aggressive when we got him. He is no longer a screamer and he's a decent guy to live with. He is not finger safe and will bite through his cage. Because he is not finger safe and I have small children and cats he does not come out. When he first came here we offered a few times and he was not at all interested. He will come with his food and feeding instructions. He is currently eating conure food and he gets a little bit of fruit and vegetable mix each day.
