Cultivate More Peace
In this workshop, participants will learn about the 9 types of stress through the lens of the Enneagram, a motivation-based personality framework used for personal development. By understanding how each of the 9 personality types operate under stress, participants will be able to recognize their individualized stress patterns, gain clarity on the root cause, and become empowered to manage stress more effectively and cultivate more peace in their lives. (Prior knowledge of the Enneagram is not required for this workshop.
Jordan Rawlinson is a Jacksonville native, Certified Enneagram Coach, and personal development nerd. After 5 years of working with individuals and teams in the personal growth space and obtaining her Coaching Certification last year, Jordan has used her warmth and passion to guide others toward deeper self-awareness and life-enriching wholeness. By using the Enneagram (a motivation-based personality framework), Jordan empowers others to understand themselves and their personality patterns in order to live aligned with their worth and authenticity, strengthen relationships, and become their highest-self. She offers individual and group coaching, and is eager to build relationships within the local community.
