Come and discover the Wonder Woman in you because there is a Wonder Woman in us all!! Theme: Discover the Wonder Woman in you! Objective: The goal of the conference is to empower women to create a better version of themselves, because there is a Wonder Woman in us all! Better Mental Health * Better Physical Health * Better Relationships Expected Outcomes: Our goal is to have the attendees leave with a greater commitment to; Self-Acceptance - Understanding that they are enough, that they are important and that they matter. Self-Care - Prioritizing their physical and mental health. Self-Actualization -The realization or fulfillment of their talents and potential. Self-Efficacy- The belief in their ability to effect change in their lives, achieve goals, or produce desired results. We will also take time to honor the late Jackie McGhee who served with the opportunity center for over 20 years. Her life of service impacted lives in the Monroe community, and she was a Wonder Woman until the very end. We will have local vendors and free pampering services provided to our attendees during registration. We will also have experienced workshop presenters and a "Ask a therapist panel" to talk through things that only us women deal with. Come out, bring a friend and get empowered!
