Join Danica for an invigorating morning yoga session—all fitness and flexibility levels welcome. Stretch, flow, center, and prepare yourself for a great day!
We'll start at 8am with a 45 min yoga session. Then fuel up with a nourishing breakfast matcha sponsored by Hone before you settle in for your Day Pass to work remotely from The Collective.
Then join us for the midday reset! Danica will host a 20-minute calming meditation in Alpenglow at 12:30pm. No experience meditating necessary—simply come with an open mind.
Please bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing for the yoga session.
Danica Johnson is a 500-hour certified yoga instructor who is passionate about teaching yoga as a mood-altering and mind-lifting practice. She cultivates self-acceptance, confidence, body love, and creativity in her students. Danica has taught yoga internationally in Spain, Germany, Mexico, Canada, Sweden, and Morocco. In her spare time, Danica enjoys hiking, kayaking, reading, writing about social justice, and hanging out with friends, family, and her dog, General Gao.
