The person we are looking for must be detail orientated, reliable, have a valid driver license, be able to complete task with minimal supervision, take pride in the work they produce. We are looking for someone experienced with all aspects of landscaping and minor maintenance on the exterior of a property. Landscaping duties include, cutting, trimming, and edging yards, trimming bushes and small trees, planting flowers and bushes, edging around flower beds and sidewalks, spreading mulch and/or rocks. Applying solid and liquid fertilizer and weed killer, general clean up, Maintenance duties will include cleaning and maintaining all equipment such as, Zero-Turn and push mower, weed eater, spray equipment, chainsaw, power washer, blower, hand tools, etc. Power washing sidewalks, patios, cleaning yard art, changing outside/landscape lights and sprinkler heads as needed, touching up paint on wrought iron, change and sharpen blades, driving a PU truck with trailer, Snow removal and salt placement on sidewalks and drives, (will train) to run a skid steer with a broom box parking lot sweeper and forks This is a year round full time position. Work Mon. – Fri. with weekly pay, paid Holidays, paid vacation after one year. Pay is every Friday. We can take taxes out of your check, or not. We can do cash with 1099 or no 1099 and cash pay. It is up to you! There is the possibility of living in a nearby single family home as part of the employment package.
