We work hard inside the studio so we can enjoy life outside of it. Join us and the F45 Paramus Community for a fun filled evening. We're inviting you to enjoy craft beer, cocktails and Latin-inspired craft food with your F45 Fit Fam community at member Albert Tirado's incredible restaurant / bar Barrel & Brew in New Milford! Friends and family are welcome.
