Weekly Community HIIT Circuit hosted by Logic Fitness Club Our Saturday morning HIIT Circuit is the most popular event amongst Logic Fitness Club clients. A perfect opportunity to counter your private personal training sessions and come together to challenge yourself in a group environment. This one hour, total body workout, takes the most impactful movements from a week of training and provides the opportunity to refine your technique and improve your execution. This class is open to the public at cost of $15. We kick things off at 9am, don’t forget to invite a friend to join in the fun!
