Original music from the artist behind the 1979 psychedelic cult classic album "Take Me Home"
21+ Show at 6PM. FREE SHOW: part of Almost Famous Wine Company’s Free Thursday live music series.
Bert Keely’s 1979 debut "Take Me Home" is prized by collectors of psychedelic folk. At the turn of the century Bert turned up the volume on tour with the Flying Other Brothers. These days he performs the most intimate acoustic music with his daughter Megan and son Brandon, and dives deep into jazz on trumpet, guitar and vocals with some great collaborators in the SF Bay Area, most notably Bob Weir of the Grateful Dead last year.
See him live at Almost Famous Wine Lounge, an award-winning, new tasting room and venue located on Vasco Road in the heart of Livermore's wine, spirits and brewery district. Almost Famous Wine makes fifteen wines in diverse styles, and earned 26 top industry awards since our debut last year.
Almost Famous Wine Lounge is currently requiring COVID-19 vaccination proof, or proof of a negative Covid-19 test result, taken within 48 hours prior to entry. For the safety of yourselves and others, we recommend wearing a mask when not actively drinking.
