On March 12th, F45 Training Tysons will be hosting donation-based classes. All money raised will be donated directly to UNICEF. As Russian attacks on Ukraine continue, and the humanitarian crisis grows, we want to step up to help. On Saturday, March 12th, F45 Training Tysons will be hosting Heroes Hollywood classes. CLASS TIMES: 8AM 9:15AM 10:30AM 11:45AM ALL classes on Saturday, March 12th are open to both members and the public. Classes are FREE for non-members, as long as they contribute a donation of their choosing. We encourage members to bring friends and loved ones to join our community in supporting Ukraine. We will be gratefully accepting donations at all classes on Saturday, March 12th, as well as in the studio leading up to the event. All money raised will be donated directly to UNICEF’s efforts in Ukraine. As we always say – we are not a gym, but a community, and we hope you’ll join us to help UNICEF ensure that Ukraine's children have access to safe water, nutrition, health care, education, and protection.
