CWC will help you build your motivation and enthusiasm for walking - taking you from the couch to a 5K, 10K or 15K in ten weeks or less - getting you out of doors, staying active and making some new friends along the way. CWC’s mission is to increase walking for health and fitness, and reduce health disparities, in the Crenshaw community of South Los Angeles, CA.
