This is Phillip, he is the resident in his 6 gallon fluval edge. Phillip has to go with his tank so I know he will have the proper tank size. He is a red, white and blue halfmoon betta and he is very personable. He will come up to the front of the tank and say hi. I’m hoping to find a betta lover. He deserves a great life.
