After two years of shutdowns, Flying Bison's "Pils, Pierogi & Polka" Pre-Dyngus Party with Those Idiots is BACK and we're ready to polka! Join us at the brewery from 1-5pm on Saturday, April 16th for the return of one of our favorite annual events, "Pils, Pierogi & Polka!" The big tent will make it's return to our front lot and local polka/pop/rock fusion wizards Those Idiots will take the stage again in all their raucous, fun-filled glory. Put on your finest red outfit, because we're going to polka like it's 2019! This year, each admission will include a ticket for one delicious Polish plate from Roy, Kevin & the crew at Cafe Godot on Porter Ave. ( for more info about the restaurant, visit: www.cafegodotbflo.com ) Admission also includes TWO drink tokens, redeemable for beer, wine, hard seltzer, cider, or soda. The pivo will definitely be flowing...a fresh batch of Polonia Pils will be kegged just in time for this event. Na zdrowie! ------- As an added bonus, we are hosting "Buffalo's Best Kielbasa Contest" starting at noon, with the winner announced before the music starts. Local sausage makers are invited each year to submit their homemade Easter polish sausages (fresh, smoked, marjoram, etc) to be tasted by a panel of guest judges. The winner will receive a variety of prizes & will be declared Buffalo's Kielbasa King or Queen! All sausage makers get free admission to the party (max 2 per group/team). Dogs are normally welcome at the brewery, but for this party we recommend keeping your four-legged friends at home. The music will be outdoors, so dress accordingly.
