Alex and Will Severyn are excited to present an opportunity to participate in the acquisition of a local residential multifamily portfolio. Alex and I welcome you to an informational presentation on one of our latest real estate opportunities. As you are aware we have been diligently working to expand our real estate holdings throughout Western New York, Rochester and Cleveland, OH. In doing so our focus has evolved to include all aspects of residential real estate and property management. We have been fortunate enough to surround ourselves with an amazing team, both in house and throughout our local community. We have attracted an opportunity to purchase five (5) multi-family assets located in the cities of Amherst, Silver Creek and Syracuse, NY for a total of 116 residential units. We would like to invite you to hear more about how to participate in this exciting opportunity. A light breakfast will be served starting at 8:00 am with a brief presentation starting at 8:30 am, followed by Q&A. We also welcome guests.
